Corporate Opportunities

There are a number of ways in which sponsorship is envisaged to assist and promote the event in a positive manner for its success and yours for interested corporate groups.

Sponsorship Levels:

Bronze - $500

This incorporates our basic advertising level. It includes your Internet Banner on the Winterfest Website, Announcements over the PA bringing attention to your support at the event.

Silver - $1000

The Silver advertising level includes your logo on advertising posters and banners, your Internet Banner on the Winterfest Website, A Merchant Stall allocation (4m x4m) for your display or products, Announcements over the PA bringing attention to your support at the event.

Gold -  $1500

Our Gold advertising package level includes your logo on advertising posters and all other forms of advertising, your Internet Banner on the Winterfest Website, A Merchant Stall allocation (4m x4m) for your display or products, A 3m Banner on the field of Combat displaying your advertisement, Announcements over the PA bringing attention to your support at the event.

Platinum- $3000

Sponsorship of a Full Display Type

This incorporates our Premiere tier advertising level. It includes your logo on posters, banners and all other forms of advertising, your Internet Banner on the Winterfest Website, A Merchant Stall allocation (4m x4m) for your display or products, 2x 2m Banners on the field of Combat  and Jousting fields displaying your advertisement, Announcements over the PA bringing attention to your support at the event.

Sponsorship of the Whole event

This incorporates our Top tier advertising level. It includes your logo on all posters, banners and all other forms of advertising, your Internet Banner on the Winterfest Website, A Merchant Stall allocation (8m x4m) for your display or products, 2x 3m Banners on the field of Combat displaying your advertisement, Announcements over the PA bringing attention to your support at the event.

Events such as these are only new on the scene in Australia. The UK and US have had medieval events established for some time, and the visitation to some of these rate larger than regional Agricultural fairs and sporting events. This is what we hope to match over time, and more importantly, create a premiere Sydney based event for a NSW.
